I ordered the house salad at approx. 11:30am yesterday 08/15/2018. Approx 1.0 hour later I started to have intense cramping in my stomach and terrible lower GI distress. Vomiting and chills also. This was the only thing I had eaten. Day 2 still suffering from slight belly pain and GI distress.
