A salad I ate salad at 630p. First, stomach ache, followed by diarrhea, around 12a. Took pepto, went to bed but woke up to severe stomach pain. Tried to p**p but nothing. 6 mins after, I vomited out. It was undigested. Looked the way it went in, even in my bowl movement. It happened at 10/1/21,
