Sunday eve ordered 2 sirlion steak dinners to go and ordered 3 side salads made with romaine lettuce only, a few hours later I starting having nausea than severe diarrhea early in the morning. Still sick monday night can’t eat anything, bad stomach ache. I think the romaine lettuce was bad.
