Large container of Chili from Costco.
Cross contamination of peanuts from production facility.
After eating a small bowl of chili last Friday, April 12th & again for lunch Saturday, I broke out in horrible itchy hives/rashes all over my arms, legs & stomach. I am highly allergic to peanuts.
