Ate 1/2 ham and cheese on Sunday. Diarrhea started Monday. Still having it today even though I have only had clear liquids since Monday,
08/02 update: Symptoms improved but still not 100%. Unable to return to regular diet yet - attempts at solid food bring back GI symptoms.
