Had a double double with fries on Sunday June 11, 2023 at approximately 2:15 PM. Started becoming ill approximately five hours later. Four hours After that became dysfunctional and contacted 911 for paramedics to then take me to St. Joseph’s Hospital world was determined I had contracted E. coli
