On Saturday August 27, 2016 I ate a fish filet at MC Donalds around 4:45 pm. At 9pm that night I had the worse stomach upset. I had very offensive gastric disturbances and diarrhea. This morning, the next day, the diarrhea continues and I feel anxious and nauseated.
