Went there ate and had a few drinks and it's now 6:05 am the next day and I can't get off this toilet

I ordered pizza last night around 7:00 pm and I got it around 8:40pm ..stayed up for a little bit and went to sleep. it’s now 6:34 am the next day and my stomach wakes me up hurting ..I go to the bathroom and I have bad a*s diarrhea and fill sick
