Kids took me for my birthday. I had the balsamic steak with mashed potatoes and a salad. It’s my normal go to and I’ve never had any issues. I had a stomach ache, chills, lightheaded, stomach cramps, headache and diarrhea. I couldn’t be away from the bathroom and I had to call out of work,
