Ate pizza and ranch at 8:15 pm on Tuesday, was experiencing unsettling feeling in stomach around 10:30 pm, got dizzy and passed out on the ground feeling very hot at 11 pm. Woke up at 2:30 with vomiting and very high fever and horrible body aches.
