Barbacoa, pinto beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese. Approximately ate at 11:30 Am; symptoms started with cramping around 1300, nauseated by 2:30 bad enough to leave work and eventually turned to vomiting around 5 PM lasting until 7PM; mild cramping persists
