Did you contact the Council's Environmental Health Office in Ballymoney? They take occurrences like this very seriously. But, then can only act if you give them samples.

Thanks for the sentiments guys. I'm certain that it was the Tesco Guacamole, because I had this with hummus and pitta bread in the evening and hadn't eaten since breakfast. Samples have gone to labs, but whether there's enough evidence for a prosecution remains to be seen. The local Food Safety Dept in my Council have been great. Until now, I had no idea that Tesco's food safety was this bad. Take care.
