I ate at Chipotle on Saturday night with a friend. On Sunday night I felt sharp stomach pains followed by vomiting and diarrhea through Monday morning. I felt feverish throughout the night and all day Monday.
The only thing I had that my friend didn't was the lettuce and she did not get sick.
