I ordered the Cobb salad with chicken nuggets then a few minutes while eating my stomach started to hurt. I had diarrhea a couple hours later and the next morning.

I purchased the frozen Digiorno pepperoni pizza croissant 2 months ago and it gave me diarrhea. I wasn’t sure it was the pizza until now. It was the only thing I ate last night and now I have diarrhea.
