on March 2nd 2026 around 8pm I ordered and ate: chicken al pastor tacos, corn tortilla, cheese, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, romain lettuce and sour cream.
a few hours after around 11pm-8:30am I had 3 episodes of both vomit and diarrhea
