Yellow fin tuna. Got home and prepared fully cooked. 2 hours after consuming i began to feel like i need to use the bathroom and for about an hour i felt horrible with waves of pain in my stomach. In between vomiting and p**ping my gut just ached. Went to sleep and felt better since.
