Ordered 2 packs of mixed vegetable rice with the same combination at 7 pm on 17 Sep 2020. Both packs were consumed within 30 mins of takeaway. Symptoms began for both family members that ate the food after 11 pm, including bloating, diarrhea, nausea, vomitting, and abdominal pain.
