The evening of 5/5 I had spaghetti and marinara sauce. 4 other people in the party had different dishes and are fine.
Starting 2 hours after the meal I started having liquid diarrhea followed by vomiting.
I've been having these problems (and they've gotten worse) on Sunday 5/8.
