healthy choice beef chimichurri, I had the meal around 1pm for lunch… around 7pm I started feeling nauseous. Then, around 10pm I vomited profusely. At 12 & 1pm I vomited and had diarrhea with chills and sweats. It is now just past 2am and my stomach continues to ache with nausea persisting.
