Lunch at McDonald's on 24/02/25 13:00 with my 5-year-old daughter.
This is the only meal we ate in an almost similar way and tonight at 6 pm I had extreme diarrhea+ very strong stomachache. My daughter had a loud tummy at 6:15pm and had diarrhea right after that.
