Had dinner at 430pm at ovation in Davenport Florida. Didn't eat anything else that night. 130am that next morning on the 13th felt nausea had diarrhea and vomiting for the next 18 hour. Should of had anything but the the salad.. It was ovation restaurant in Davenport.
