Beef chili is prepared in bulk and only has a plastic cap on it. I am the only one who ate it, and started feeling cramping and nauseous after a couple hours. It has been worse for the last 24 hours - exhaustion, stomach cramping and pains (I can barely stand up straight), nausea, heartburn.
