Ate chalupa and 1/2 bean/beef/nacho cheese burrito with hot sauce. Headache and dizziness with slight temperature occurred 45 minutes afterwards. 4 hours later nausea. 6 hours vommiting and higher temperature. Several other family members ate similar items and 2 out of 4 having similar issues.
