On 1-2-17 about 8:30pm I purchased the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal. On 1-3-17 at 6:00 am I started to have some diarrhea and nausea with dizziness. Went to work and about 11:30 am the vomiting started along with more diarrhea and a fever.
