Ordered sirloin tips that had to be returned to the kitchen for being undercooked. Received new ones, ate a few bites and stomach felt sour. Almost immediately, I had diarrhea. Woke up a few hours later with vomiting and diarrhea. My daughter who tasted a piece of steak also woke up vomiting.
