Had steak, salad and chili. Chili was the only thing no one else in our party consumed, everyone else was fine., Only one in party got sick approx 5 hrs after meal, uncontrolled diarrhea, vomiting, fell down with total weakness, blood pressure 81/49, freezing with temp of 92.
