fish sandwi h Ate around 1 p.m. Felt weird about 6 p.m. Diarrehea and vertigo around 7:30. Continuous nausea. Barfed around 9 p.m.and again later. Spent from 7 until midnight sitting on toilet. Took Bonine before barfing. Slept about midnight to 8 a.m. Still nauseous and vertigoy.
