I ordered buffalo chicken ranch wrap with chips and salsa last night around 8:40. Did not have any other food and drank water and tea. Woke up this morning around 8am with intense nausea leading to vomiting, dry heaving, and diarrhea over the last 4 hours. Also feeling chills and fatigue.
