Got breakfast combo at 9am on Thursday Dec 11 with toast, hashbrowns with mushrooms, cheese, chili, ham, and over easy eggs. Two people got the same order and had the same symptoms starting at 6pm which included intense vomiting with failure to keep water down, dizziness, nausea and headaches
