I ate a garden salad with ranch dressing on Tuesday for lunch, had diarrhea within one hour x 4. Didn’t think anything of it. Wednesday night I ate 2 chicken wings (with ranch dressing) around 8pm that I ordered from here on Tuesday as well & woke up around 1am with nausea and diarrhea.
