I had a salad with carnitas, mild and medium salsa, and guac for dinner on January 9, 2018. I woke up multiple times in the night with horrible stomach pains. I finally got up at 5am feeling dehydrated and had diarrhea. My stomach pains and sickness continued throughout the day.
