I have not eaten Lucky Charms in over 15 years due to the cereal bringing on severe stomach aches, nausea, and diarrhea. I figured it was maybe just the sugar, but Frosted Flakes from Kellogg's only has 1g less sugar and I do not feel any of these symptoms while eating that.
