Ordered Gr. Pike with cream on 12/6/21 at 10:40 am. Finished it around 11:30am. No other food or beverage consumed. Started feeling nauseous around 12:30pm, with symptoms getting progressively worse. Laid down, Was unable to get up. Vomited 3x at approx 1:30pm with some symptom relief after
