Severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever after eating one slice of cheese pizza. Had to go to ER and CT scan revealed colitis brought on by food poisoning. Was the only thing I ate that day. Sick for a week. This occurred on Oct. 23, 2023.
