Ate the pizza last night about 9pm. Woke up at 2am feeling achy and sick to my stomach. Vomited at 3am and couldn't go back to sleep due to all of my joints aching terribly. Drink a glass or two of water and throw it up. Diarrhea happening frequently. Chills constantly as well.
