Ate a vegan tomato olive rocket and avocado baguette yesterday and a couple of hours later I just had a headache and feeling dizzy and sick every time I stood up. But at 4am it alllll started. cramping diarrhea pain feeling sick. 9am now and its sort of easing up but still not feeling 100%
