Me and my fiancée both ordered a Big Mac meal with cokes and we both got shamrock shake mcflurries. My fiancée got so sick that night. Throwing up and diarrhea. I thought it was strange since I didn’t get sick. Surprise! Within 24 hours I had the same exact symptoms. It was ROUGH.
