Ate a deluxe chicken meal, first meal of the day on Tuesday 2/23. Had bad diarrhea shortly after that lasted all night. Had bad chest pain (only when lying down or breathing deeply) for about 3 days. Also dealt with what felt like trapped gas and anxiety.
