I ate one soft taco around 3pm. Within an hour I was vomiting profusely, sweating, weak. Soon after followed explosive diarrhea. Both continued until about 5 am. I couldn't even keep an ice chip down. I am now severely dehydrated, still very weak and continue to have mild diarrhea.
