I woke up at 2:30 am with cramps. It was all over my stomach I was crying. I got up to try and use the restroom and was in there for 3 minutes with non stop diarrhea. I have shaking and and am sweating. I had half of a 6oz steak, a Cesar salad and a sweet potato with brow sugar. And 3 rolls
