I had a box combo for dinner, 30 min after I ate it, I had severe stomach cramps and sat in the bathroom for 2 hours. Thanks a lot

I was hungry last night around midnight and decided to get one hot n spicy as well as a mcdouble. About 3 hours later I wake up with the worst stomach pain I've ever experienced in my life. Didn't know what to do
