Ordered Mushroom & Swiss and Large Onion Ring for Lunch 7/17/2025..... By 9 PM I was rushed to Avera Urgent Care with severe vomiting issues and food poisoning symptoms. Was ambulanced to McKennan Hospital for 2 day stay to rehydrate and recover.
