Immediately after eating Tattoed Chef Plant Based Burrito Bowl, I became nauseous and vomited. I began feeling unwell within 10 minutes of eating. When I vomited, all the food came up, mostly undigested. It scratched up my throat, causing bright red blood in the vomit.
