Went to Fuddruckers on Friday the 25th if May 2018.
My son got a southwest burger done medium. Later that night and for two days after. He was throwing up, had diarrhea, fever and chills.

A patient of mine, her daughter and son in law ate at a BK in Mesa, AZ. They shared an order of onion Rings and they all got sick with food poisening.
