Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese medium meal. About an hour later I have diarrhea and nausea, might vomit.

Asked for something quick and they gave me chicken that wasn't even warm and bread that looked like it wasn't baked all the way through. I shouldn't have eaten it, but I was on a short lunch break and hungry. That was last night. I've got a bad case the runs today.

I had mushroom chicken and the spicy beef. It was the only thing I had eaten the day before-hand. (Saturday.) In the morning (Sunday) I woke up with diarrhea and threw up once.
