Spicy Italian sub - honey wheat swiss pepperoni salami bacon - lettuce tomato purple onion and avocado. Salt and pepper. 8 hours later woke up to stomachaches and heavy heart burn. Went to bathroom vomiting and heavy watery diarrhea. Symptoms lasted all day. Also had headaches and weakness
