Chipotle beef, bean and vegetable bowl, My son and I ate on 3/4/19. Both had extreme diarrhea, fever, chills, nausea. Four days later I'm still in bed, can barely hold my head up. Haven't been able to shake my upset stomach. My son is up, but still has upset stomach. Worse I've ever been.
