I got a Southwest Salad yesterday around 3:00pm ad ate it, didn't notice anything odd. About 2.5 hours later the cramps and diarrhea began and then the vomiting. I was up with both issues until about 4:00 this morning,. I still have occasional cramps and will miss a day of work because of this.
