Ate a grilled cheese sandwich and cheese fries from In N out last night. Woke up at 6 am with stomach pain and cramps, then woke up at 9 am with worse stomach pain and nausea and threw up. Midday still very nauseous. My brother who ate from there also had issues with his stomach this morning.
