Eating ground hamburger. Just myself and I ate 2 buns with hamburger in and that was around 9:30 and by 12:30 I felt like I was going to die. I had the sh*ts and I was throwing up and rolling around in pain in the bathroom till about 4 4:30. I still feel very weak today
